Jonathan LE LOREC, coming from Pays de Loire region, is dedicated to his passion for cooking. He likes local products and the gourmet wealth of the French regions. He worked in prestigious restaurants in France and in foreign countries. He recently moved to Provence and literally fell in love with the Abbaye de Sainte Croix 2 years ago. First, he has been “Second de cuisine”, before becoming Chef. Its cuisine is characterized by its generosity, freshness and a little of originality. Jonathan and its team are working with local producers for a tasty cuisine.
Gerald Schmit and his team are perfectly completing this tasting experience with an attentive and warm service. Gerald is guiding his guests for their dishes and wine choices with a large selection of wine focusing on the Provençal vineyard.
