A world-Famed aperitif
Noilly Prat vermouth is elaborated with Languedoc white wines. It is aged during at least one year in immense oak barrels to acquire body and flavour.
The next stage encompasses 12 additional months of ageing in the open air: thousands of barrels are exposed to the rays of the Mediterranean sun, marine winds and seasons’ rigours, for the vermouth wine to develop its amber colour, delicate bouquet and powerful taste.
